### Stuffed Peppers Recipe
#### Ingredients:
- **4 bell peppers** (any color)
- **1 lb ground beef**
- **1 cup cooked rice**
We use Lebanese rice, recipe below
- **1 jar Pasta House spaghetti sauce**
- **1 tsp Does Steak Seasoning**
- **Freshly ground salt and pepper** using Finamill
- **1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese** (optional)
- **Enamel ware cookware**
#### Instructions:
1. **Preheat oven** to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Prepare the peppers**: Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Set aside.
3. **Cook the filling**: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
4. **Mix the filling**: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cooked rice, 1 cup of Pasta House spaghetti sauce, Does Steak Seasoning, and freshly ground salt and pepper using the Finamill.
5. **Stuff the peppers**: Spoon the beef mixture into the hollowed bell peppers. Place them in the enamel ware cookware.
