Recipe: BBQ & More Chicken Thigh Delight

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken thighs

- 2 tablespoons of Good Shit seasoning (or preferred BBQ seasoning)

- Enamel roasting pan

- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped

- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 1 onion, sliced

- 1/2 cup of white wine

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

-pepper and salt to taste

-1 tablespoon Does steak seasoning

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425

2. Rub the chicken thighs generously with the Good Shit seasoning, Does Steak Seasoning and Salt & Pepper ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for about 15 minutes. Our Finamill is the best grinder.

3. In the meantime, Add the olive oil to your enamel roasting.

4. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and sliced onion to the roasting pan.

Sprinkle with seasoning and a light drizzle of olive oil and let them sit for 10-20 minutes. The seasoning will help the veggies sweat, creating a delicious liquid.

5. Place chicken thighs over vegetables.

6. Cook for 30 minutes at 425

7. Reduce heat to 350, add wine and cook for another 30 minutes.

8. Once cooked, remove the roasting pan from oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

9. Serve the succulent BBQ & More chicken thighs with the tender sautéed vegetables right from the enamel roaster.
