bbQ & More's Artichoke Cheese Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cans or jars of marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon Does Steak seasoning (as the garlic powder substitute)
- 1-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper to taste
- Aw Shit seasoning, to spice things up
## Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayo, grated Parmesan, shredded Parmesan, Does Steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a fun baker such as a Mackenzie-Childs 8x8 Baker, an enamelware 8x8 brownie pan, or make two small square Pampa Bay dishes.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
6. Serve and enjoy!
