Kristen's Salad with Fruit

INGREDIENTS 

Salad

• Romaine lettuce

• Mandarin orange slices

• English cucumber slices

• Strawberries, quartered

• Craisins

• Pecans, Walnuts or Almond slices

Dressing:

• Paducah Olive Oil Co Blood Orange olive oil

• Paducah Olive Oil Co Pear Cranberry White balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS 

• Chop Romaine Lettuce and put in bowl

• Place desired amount of oranges, cucumbers, strawberries, craisins and nuts in bowl with lettuce

• Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad

• Add salt and pepper to taste

• Toss together and serve
