Baja Style Shrimp Using Urban Accents Seasoning Mix
You Will Need
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Baja Style Shrimp Seasoning Mix
1 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil. Add shrimp seasoning mix and sauté for 1 minute. Increase heat and add shrimp, halved tomatoes and lemon juice. Stir well and sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout, about 3 minutes. Taste and add additional baja seasoning if more heat is desired.
