8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 mango, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 jalapeno, diced

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Salt and Pepper, freshly ground using our Finamill

1 jalapeno, diced

Salt and Pepper, freshly ground using our Finamill

Instructions:

  1. Season the diced chicken with freshly ground salt and pepper using the Finamill

  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes

  3. Pour the Urban Accents Jamaican Jerk Taco Simmer Sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir to coat and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  4. While the chicken is simmering, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side, until they are pliable

  5. Using our Taco Plates, place 2 tortillas in each slot. Spoon the Jamaican Jerk chicken into each tortilla using our Taco Spoons

  6. Top the chicken with shredded red cabbage, diced mango, thinly sliced red onion, and diced jalapeno. Garnish with fresh cilantro

  7. Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness. Use our Taco Spoons to distribute the toppings evenly
