Deliciously sweet, super easy!

1 loaf Italian bread, cubed

1/2 cup butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

8 eggs

2 cups milk

2 t vanilla

2 t cinnamon

syrup for serving

Insturctions

*melt butter and stir in brown sugar until combined

*spread mixture on the bottom of 9X13 pan then cover with bread cubes

*combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and pour over bread, making sure all pieces of bread are saturated.

*Cover and refrigerate overnight

*The next morning, preheat oven to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and top is golden brown. Cover with a powdered sugar glaze or syrup to serve.
