It’s been a minute since I’ve shared a recipe from our kitchen, hasn’t it?

Last Saturday while I was working the floor at bbQ & MORE, several sweet customers asked the same thing:

“Why haven’t you been posting cooking videos lately?”

Well, y’all—I hear you. And I listen to my customers.

The truth is, I’ve spent much of this winter in Florida—soaking up some sunshine, enjoying a bit of R&R, and most importantly, spending quality time with my mom. I was able to lend a hand when needed, and that time together created some of the most precious memories. I’m so grateful for that gift.

But it wasn’t all beach walks and sweet tea. I was also networking, connecting with new brands, and making sales calls for our growing corporate orders division at bbQ & MORE.

Now that I’m back in Paducah, I’ve got my apron on and my oven hot. We had a ball cooking one of my go-to chicken strip recipes last week in our spam kitchen (that’s store + glam = spam, ha!), and we’re excited to share more.
